To keep our overhead to a minimum we do not employee a huge staff, and can NOT answer every call we receive. We do, however, encourage your phone calls. However, since we encourage all correspondence to be email based, it might take us seven (7) business days (not including Saturday and Sunday or holidays) to get back to you.
